How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You have emailed us with an enquiry, and we need the personal information you provided to be able to answer your enquiry.
- You have applied for training using the form and we need the personal information as part of the application process.
- We use Google Analytics website usage data to help us improve our website.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

You can remove your consent at any time by emailing the Vocational Training Framework.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We securely store Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) submitted through email to allow us to answer any enquiries. This information is stored and disposed on according to company procedure.
We securely store Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) submitted through any forms for 7 days. After this time the information is deleted.
A copy is securely submitted to Capital City Partnership teams or Mailchimp to allow your request to be processed. This information is stored and disposed on according to company procedure.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
